Contact Us
This page is the single place to find how to reach us. Every address below is monitored by the OnePatch team, and every request we receive is logged and tracked to resolution.
What we offer
OnePatch is an AI site-reliability platform, delivered as a hosted software-as-a-service product at app.onepatch.dev and, for customers who require it, as a self-hosted deployment inside their own cloud account. Customers send us their OpenTelemetry data — logs, metrics, and traces — and the Service:
- stores and queries that telemetry on the customer's behalf;
- runs an AI agent that investigates incidents, writes and evaluates monitors, and builds dashboards against it;
- connects to a customer's GitHub, Slack, and AWS accounts to gather context and to open pull requests proposing fixes.
Product documentation is at docs.onepatch.dev.
Problems, bugs, and complaints
If something is broken, if the Service is not behaving as documented, or if you want to complain about anything at all, email us. You do not need to be a paying customer.
To help us resolve it faster, please include:
- your organization name in OnePatch;
- what you expected to happen and what happened instead;
- the approximate time it happened, and your timezone;
- a link to the affected page, chat, monitor, or dashboard, if you have one.
We aim to acknowledge every message within one business day. Reports that indicate the Service is down or degraded for a customer are treated as incidents and worked immediately. You will get a reply from a person; we will tell you what we found and what we changed.
If you have raised something with us and are not satisfied with how it was handled, reply on the same thread and ask for it to be escalated, or write to legal@onepatch.dev.
Other ways to reach us
Use the address that matches your request — it routes to the people who can answer it.
| Topic | Address |
|---|---|
| Product problems, bugs, service complaints, general questions | support@onepatch.dev |
| Security vulnerabilities and suspected incidents | security@onepatch.dev |
| Privacy questions, data subject requests, DPAs | privacy@onepatch.dev |
| Contracts, billing, and legal notices | legal@onepatch.dev |
Existing customers can also raise anything in their shared Slack channel with us, or directly in the OnePatch app. Those requests are logged the same way.
Reporting a security vulnerability
Send it to security@onepatch.dev with enough detail to reproduce it. We will confirm receipt, keep you updated while we investigate, and tell you when it is fixed. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to remediate before disclosing publicly. We will not pursue legal action against anyone who reports a vulnerability to us in good faith.
How we handle what you send us
Every message to the addresses above is recorded with the date received, who it came from, what was requested, who owned it, and how it was resolved. We keep that record so we can spot repeat problems and so we can show an auditor that customer complaints are actually tracked and closed. Anything you send us is handled under our Privacy Policy.
